  • Are there benefits booking direct to the Website of Aqua Viva Suites?

  • What payment methods Aqua Viva Suites accept?

    Payment options are Cash, Debit card, Online banking, Credit card (Mastercard / Visa / Discover).​

  • What are the booking and payments terms and period?

    To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, with a minimum of a one-night stay upon booking. The remaining balance will be paid at arrival by checking in. Rates are in US$ per accommodation with a maximum occupancy of two person.

  • Is transfer from and to the Airport available? What is the cost?

    As our valuable guest we offer free transfer from and to the airport. Contact us to let us know what time you arrive to serve you better and properly. 


  • How do I arrive to my Boutique Resort?

    Turn right as you exit the airport and follow the road for a few minutes. After the curve, turn left at the signs for Aqua Viva Suites and VIP Diving onto J.A. Abraham Blvd. Continue straight to the end — Aqua Viva Suites is on your right just before the final curve. The airport is only a three-minute drive away.

  • Is there a parking area available?

    Yes. The parking is for free.


  • Can I rent a car at Aqua Viva Suites?

    Yes, we work together with different car rental companies and may arrange that for you.


  • What time can I check in? is early check-in possible?

    Check-In time is at 15:00. Earlier check-in is possible at availability for a cost of $30 or your luggage’s can be stored at the Office. You are welcome to stay around the resort until your planned check-in.  


  • What time do I have to check out? Is late check-out possible?

    Check-out time is at11:00 AM. You are more than welcome to stay around the resort until your planned departure. Luggage can be stored at the Office. Late check-out can be given depending availability at the cost of $30 until 15:00. After 15:00 additional fee of $10 every hour. After 18:00 will result in one extra night. 


  • Are baby crib and high chairs available and what does it cost?

    We do have baby-crip and high chair available for free. Please do your request before you arrive. 

    It is a pleasure to give the best service to your kids.


  • What are the electric plugs available?

    You can make use of 220V or 110V power outlets. If necessary, we have converters are available at the reception.


  • Is the tap water in Bonaire drinkable?

    The tap water on Bonaire is of high quality and perfectly drinkable. 


  • How often is cleaning done?

    We do twice a week cleaning. 


  • Do you offer a laundry service?

    You may go to a self-service laundry nearby or we can arrange the service for you. 


  • Can we have breakfast at your place?

    We do not a specific breakfast area. You may request breakfast for a fee of $20 per person and we will bring it for you. There are also three places nearby you may go. Where can we find the nearest breakfast?


  • Do we need to bring our own beach towels?

    The Suites are equipped with bath towels and pool &beach towels for every guest. 

    Tea and kitchen towels are also available.


  • Are the rooms provided with shampoo or soap?

    Yes, all accommodations are provided with complimentary hotel toiletries. 


  • Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

    No. All suites are nonsmoking. You may do this outside the accommodations. 


  • Can I cancel my booking? How to do this? What are cancelation conditions?

    If you unexpectedly need to cancel, please to contact us by telephone or email. It is possible to cancel free of charge up to 21 days prior to your arrival. By direct booking you may rebook your stay within 1 year. See the booking terms for further information.

  • Can I take a travel and or cancellation insurance?

    We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance yourself, so that you are protected against the financial setbacks of the cancellation.
